I have an old BACnet router that does BACnet over ethernet and also MSTP and on that router I have one device on the MSTP network. When I try remove the BACnet/IP port and add a BACnet/ethernet port in explorer, the BACstac protocol fails to restart. It displays an error dialog box. That NIC \Device\NFP_{A2C... does not exist on my system and I have selected my ethernet adapter when I set up the port. Can explorer do BACnet over ethernet only or does it have to be BACnet over IP? Attachments:

Hi Matt, In order to troubleshoot it we need to know a little more about your configuration. Please save information about adapters you have and your BACstac configuration:
- You can find out thru regedit command - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BACstac\Parameters\Nl\Port_Table
- about BACstac configuration. Regedit - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Network
You can email your data to Svetlana at support@cimetrics.com
